• This ticket is available everyday.
• Be aware of traffic jam in the road of Jakarta, it is highly recommended to you to estimate your trip duration from your hotel to Marina Ancol port so you can arrive at the Marina port on time.
• Booking must be completed at the latest 1 day prior to the date of tour departure.
• To enter Marina Ancol pier you need to buy a parking ticket and this is not included in this ticket voucher, the entrance parking ticket is available online, find it by visiting the official website of Marina Ancol.
• Departure time may changes without prior notice depends to conditions in the pier.
• Departure time from Pari island to Marina Ancol sometimes changes during weekend, confirm the fix departure time at that day to the officer in Pari island pier.

What if I come late or I don't come to Marina Ancol pier?
If you come late to Marina Ancol pier and the speedboat is already departed, you may lost your ticket.

Can I reschedule may ticket?
Yes you can. Reschedule application is required at the latest 3 days prior to the departure date.

What if I want to transfer my ticket right to other person?
You can transfer your right for the ticket to other person and you need let us know at the latest 3 days before the departure date.
