regency and Bondowoso regency, it is truely a unique international tourist destination, it has a charming sunrise and amazing blue fire, one of the world natural phenomena and can only be seen in the night , there are only two blue fire in the world, one is in the crater of Ijen and one in Iceland. To reach Ijen crater, we could pass through one of two routes, first, route Bondowoso, we will pass through the town and next to coffee plantations ended at the slopes of Mount Ijen. Second, route Banyuwangi, if you are a tourists coming from Bali then you should use Banyuwangi route, each route will meet at a place called Paltuding, from here we will start the trekking to the crater of Ijen and enjoy the blue fire.
This tour will take you to visit Ijen crater during day time, see the giant caldera of Ijen and its stunning scenery, this trip takes around 8-9 hours and includes pick up and drop off from any places around Banyuwangi city, including your hotel.

07:30am We will pick up you at your hotel or any places inside Banyuwangi city, take simple introduction with our crew and short brief of the tour. Then departs to Paltuding at the foot of Mt. Ijen, it will takes around 2 hours drive depends to the traffic conditions. We strongly recommend you to use your time for rest and sleeping
09:30am We will arrive at Paltuding camp at the foot of Mt. Ijen. Take a short rest while arrange the administration entrance for you.
10:00am Start trekking to the crater of Ijen, it takes around 1,5-2 hours depend your stamina and power, during this ascent, we will meet with many traditional miners are starting they daily job. You can make a conversation with them and get to know their life.
12:00am Arrive at the caldera of Ijen, from here we can see the entire landscape of Ijen crater, and then if you below, you can sulfur with it smokes. If the weather is good, we can get down into the crater and watch sulfur miner are working with traditional tools, they take sulfurs and carry it in their bamboo basket.
13:00pm Trekking back down to Paltuding, it will be much shorter when you do trekking down.
14:00pm Rest and breakfast at Paltuding.
14:30am Transfer you back to Banyuwangi, takes another 2 hours drive.
16:30am Finish the tour in Banyuwangi.
