It is a shared tour, and it means another traveler will joins this tour and do this tour together with you.
This tour is valid for all international tourist and includes entrance ticket.
We provide pick up from each traveler’s hotel as well the drop off. Picking up process will starts at around 11:00pm and will collect all participants until at last 1:00am, and then together we will transfer all participant to Ijen crater. It will take some time before your pick up turn.
After all tour done, we will transfer back all participants to their hotel.

Itinerary

Itinerary may changes depends to the conditions mentioned in the Term and Conditions.

We will pick up all tour participant from their hotel around Banyuwangi city within 11pm up to 1:00am, after all participant are picked up, then we will transfer you all to Paltuding at the foot of Mt. Ijen. Upon arrival at Paltuding, please take short rest while we arrange the administration entrance for you.

Around 2:30am You will start trekking to the crater of Ijen, it takes around 1,5-2 hours depend your stamina and power. During this ascent, you can meet with many traditional miners are starting they daily job. After arriving at the crater rim, you should get down into the crater, this is the only way to see the blue fire from the close distance. Then enjoy the amazing blue fire of Ijen, you can also watch traditional miners are taking sulfurs and carry it in their bamboo basket. The blue fire will also start to fade along with the sun shine.

Trekking up to the crater rim and then continue going back down to Paltuding, it will be much shorter when you do trekking down. Rest and break at Paltuding and then transfer back to Banyuwangi, we will transfer you back to your each hotel. Tour ends.
