Sukamade turtle beach

Sukamade beach is one of the most interesting tour attractions in the area of intensive use zones of Meru Betiri National Park (TNMB). Located approximately 97 km to the southwest of the city of Banyuwangi, precisely within the territory of Sukamade Hamlet, at Sarongan Village, Pesanggrahan district, Banyuwangi regency. The beach is truly potential for Eco tourism activities, Some attractions you can do there are observing nesting turtles, watching hatching turtles egg in incubation places, release turtle babies to the ocean, bird watching. This place can only be accessed using 4WD car as the road is extremely rocky ascending the mountains and passing the rivers, it is really unforgettable moment to feel this experience.

Itinerary

Itinerary may changes depends to the conditions mentioned in the Term and Conditions.

Day 1

09:00am We will pick up you at your hotel or any places inside Banyuwangi city, take simple introduction with our crew and short brief of the tour. Then we will travel to the south west of Banyuwangi to Meru Betiri national park, this trip will takes total 5 hours drive through the forest and passing rivers.
02:00pm Upon arrival at Sukamade village, check in guest house, this guest house provided by national park for it officer and tourists. Free time and rest.
07:00pm A simple dinner will be served at cafeteria.
08:00pm Start finding nesting turtles, a ranger will tell you some instructions before doing this tour and accompany you during this activity. This attraction will be ended at midnight and the back to the guest house and rest whatever the result.

Day 2

06:00am We will go to Sukamade beach with a turtle babies inside the basket and release it to the ocean, prepare your camera take your picture.
07:00am Back to guest house, free time and have a breakfast.
08:00am Transfer back to Banyuwangi, it takes around 5 hours drive.
02:00pm Finish the tour in Banyuwangi.

Note : If you add the tour to Red island beach, then we will do it in the end of the itinerary and we will reach Banyuwangi on late afternoon.
