Yogyakarta 2 days tour – Highlight of Jogja

Day 1: Arrival and Prambanan and Malioboro street market

Our team will welcome you in upon your arrival in the airport or railway station of Yogyakarta. After a brief introductions, we will invite you for lunch at a local restaurant that serves local cuisine of Jogja.

After lunch, we will get to the hotel, check in and break for a while and relax. At around 1 pm we will visit Prambanan and Sewu temple complex, you can amaze this magnificent Hindu temple.

We will also visit Yogyakarta sultan palace to know closer about this kingdom, to see its official clothing collections, valuable relics and objects of Yogyakarta's sultanate, You will also be invited to know the history of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta.

Next, we will visit Malioboro street market, we can also look for dinner here. Around 8 pm we will take you to the hotel and rest.

Day 2: Merapi volcano and Borobudur temple

Breakfast will be provided at the hotel. Around 8am we will take you to Kaliurang and visit Ullen Sentalu museum, this museum tells the story of the women within the palace circle of Yogyakarta kingdom, their daily life and their batik clothes.

Next, we will continue to visit Merapi  volcano using 4WD vehicles, here we could see the stunning natural scenery and see the city of Jogja from a height, here we will also see the traces of the eruption of Mt. Merapi and its impact. Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

After lunch, we will head toward Magelang to visit Borobudur temple, after managing the admission fee of Borobudur, we should walk around 10 minutes along the park to get in to Borobudur temple. And then you can enjoy this amazing temple, its structure, relief and you can take so many pictures as you wanted.

On late afternoon, we will transfer you to the airport and end this trip.

4. Hotel room occupation policy is 1 room for 2 persons, in case the number of traveler are odd, an extrabed will be added into one of the room.
5. Children under 5 years old will share extra bed with their parents and will be set in one of the room.
