2. Sometimes during weekend, the speedboat will be departed later than the schedules to load all passengers into the boats.
3. Departure time may delays depends to the wave conditions, loading duration etc.

• Be aware of traffic jams on Jakarta roads; it is highly recommended to estimate your trip duration from your hotel to Sunda Kelapa Pier – North Jakarta so you can arrive on time.
• Booking must be completed at the latest 1 day prior to the date of tour departure.
• Departure time may change without prior notice depending on pier conditions.
• Departure time from Pramuka Island to Sunda Kelapa Pier may also change during weekends. Please confirm the exact departure time on the day of travel with the officer at Pramuka Island pier.

What if I come late or I don't come to the pier?
If you come late to the pier and the speedboat is already departed, you may lost your ticket.

Can I reschedule may ticket?
Yes you can. Reschedule application is required at the latest 3 days prior to the departure date.

What if I want to transfer my ticket right to other person?
You can transfer your right for the ticket to other person and you need let us know at the latest 3 days before the departure date.
