Description

Mount Bromo located in the area of National Park Bromo Tengger Semeru (BTSNP), this national park extends in four regencies in East Java Province, are Probolinggo, Malang, Pasuruan and Lumajang. This mount is popular with very amazing landscape, tourist has to drive a Hardtop to the highest peak called Penanjakan, it is the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful landscape view of Mt. Bromo. From this point, you see the entire area of the national park, including Mt. Batok, Mt. Semeru – the highest peak of Java and Mt. Bromo it self which is surrounded by the sea of sands.

Itinerary

10:00am We will pick up you at your hotel or any places inside Probolinggo city, take simple introduction with our crew and short brief of the tour. Then departs to Cemoro Lawang at the foot of Mt. Bromo, this will takes around 45 minutes.
11:00am We will arrive at Cemoro Lawang village at the foot of Mt. Bromo. Take a short rest while we prepare for you a 4WD car.
11:30am Next we will exchange our transportation into 4wd car (Hardtop) and takes another one hour drive to Penanjakan view point, here you can enjoy the stunning landscape of Bromo Tengger Semeru national park and trekking to the crater rim of Bromo, we will also watch in close up to the Poten temple in the central of sea of the sands.
01:00pm We will continue the tour and visit photo stop at the part of sea of sands.
02:00am Back to Cemoro Lawang village, take a rest and lunch.
03:00am Transfer you back to Probolinggo, takes another 45 minutes drive.
04:00pm Finish the tour in Probolinggo.

If you book this tour for departure during rainy season (within Desember up to May), we strongly recommend you to bring an umbrella or raincoat.
During the dry season (within May to November), the dust will blow strongly around the area of the sea of sands including during the trekking to the crater of Bromo, it is strongly recommended to you to bring a masker to protect your breathing from the dust.
If you’re a foreigner tourist, you should pay additional entrance ticket fee for foreign tourist. Find this additional option charge at booking page detail and mark it to include into the package.
