Day 1: Surabaya – Bromo tour

At around 11pm, We will pick up you at the airport, your hotel or any places around Surabaya city, take simple introduction with our crew and short brief of the tour. Then departs to Cemoro Lawang at the foot of Mt. Bromo, this will takes around 3 hours drive depends to the traffic conditions.

Day 2:– Bromo sunrise tour

We will arrive at Cemoro Lawang village at around 2am, next we will exchange the car to 4WD car (Jeep Hardtop), takes another one hour drive to Penanjakan view point, here you can enjoy the stunning landscape of Bromo Tengger Semeru national park and its amazing sunrise.

Next, we will get down to the sea of sands and do trekking to the crater rim of Bromo, in the middle of the sea of sands, you can also see Poten temple, a sacred Hindu temple.

Trekking to the crater to Bromo will takes around 30-40 minute and then you can amaze the giant crater of Bromo. Then you will come back to the sea of sands.

When it is all done, we will transfer you back to Cemoro Lawang village and then continue the trip to Lumajang city, where we will stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3 – Tumpak sewu tour - Surabaya

After breakfast at hotel, we will start Second day tour to visit Tumpak sewu waterfall. Driving to the west to the border of Lumajang and Malang regency, it may takes around 2 hours following the road along the slopes of Mount Semeru.

When we arrived at the main gate of the waterfall, we have to walk along the stairs down around 15 minutes, and then you can enjoy and admire the beauty of Tumpak Sewu waterfall. Once satisfied enjoying the beauty of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, we will follow the same path to get back to the parking area.

Next, we will transfer you back to Surabaya city, it will takes around 5 hours drive and arrive at Surabaya in the evening. You can chose to be dropped off at your hotel in Surabaya, airport or train station. Tour done.

1. This tour can be started either from Surabaya or Malang and Batu city.
2. This tour is available everyday with minimum booking is 2 persons
3. This tour require physical health and not recommended for people with physical disability and people more then 65 years old
4. The best time to do this tour is within dry season – within May up to October.
5. Stated tour fare are not yet included additional entrance ticket fee for International tourist, they are required to add this fee into the package when make booking.
6. Booking must be completed at the latest 3 days prior to the date of tour departure.
7. Hotel room occupation are 1 room for 2 persons, in case the number of participant are odd, an extra bed will be added into one of the room.
8. Tumpak Sewu tour will takes you to the view point where you can see the beautiful panorama of Tumpak Sewu waterfall, if you want to get down to the waterfall you need to pay additionally for it, find more about it in optional addon service for this tour.
9. To reach the Tumpak Sewu waterfall site, you need to do around 800m trekking down the stairs and rocky path and crossing the river, it takes around 30-40 minutes depends to your stamina.
10. The trekking path to Tumpak Sewu waterfall site will also pass Goa Tetes waterfall.
11. Trekking down to the waterfall site is not recommended for any one with physical disability or old people.
12. During the peak of rainy season (within December up to March) you can still visit Tumpak sewu waterfall to see the panorama but it is not recommended to get down to the waterfall, its too dangerous, unexpected sudden raining may cause flash flood.

Can I start this tour or end it in Malang or Batu area?
You can start this tour from Malang and there will be no additional cost required, you just need to let us know about it by making a special request when booking. Or you can start this tour from Surabaya and end it in Malang, we can arrange it and no additional cost required.

I forgot to add additional entrance ticket fee for foreign tourists when booking, what should I do?
On the first day of the tour, our crew will charge you for the additional entrance tickets fee.

In the itinerary program, I seen that this tour will take traveler to the view point only to see the panorama of the waterfall, what if I want to get down to see the waterfall, can I do that?
Yes you can do that, what you need is only to add optional addon service to get down to the waterfall.

I saw in optional addon service that we can add service to go to Kapas Biru waterfall, how it will be done?
There are 2 different site of Kapas Biru waterfall, the waterfall itself and the view point where you can see the panorama of Kapas Biru waterfall. You can add both places into your package, check it for more details in Optional Services
