Bukittinggi s the third largest city in West Sumatra, It is in the Minangkabau Highlands, 90 km by road from the West Sumatran capital city of Padang. Bukittinggi was formerly known as Fort de Kock and was once dubbed “Parijs van Sumatera”. The city was the capital of Indonesia during the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia (PDRI). Bukittinggi is also known as a leading tourist city in West Sumatra, The Jam Gadang, a clock tower located in the heart of the city, is a symbol for the city and a well-visited tourist spot.

08:00am We will pick up you at airport, hotel or any other places in Padang city, next we will drive to Bukittinggi, it takes around 3 hours direct drive.
10:00am On the way to Bukittinggi, we will stop at Lembah Anai waterfall, which is located next to the road, this waterfall is the icon of West Sumatra tourism.
10:0am Next we will drive to Maninjau, it takes around 1,5 hours drive. Here you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of Maninjau lake.
12:30pm Lunch at local restaurant and break.
01:00pm Next we will drive to Bukittinggi, on the period of Indonesia revolution, this city was once the capital of Indonesia, this city also the home town of some important figures of Indonesia.
01:30pm At Bukittinggi, we will visit Ngarai Sianok and Lubang Jepang, a valley created by natural process.
03:00pm We will also visit “Jam Gadang” the landmark of Bukittinggi city. And at the end of the tour, we will also stop at Ateh market for shopping local food and souvenir
05:00pm We will drop you off at your destinations in Bukittinggi, or optionally you can back to Padang. Tour ends.
